Job Details

Our client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join its team in the Philadelphia suburbs.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys on commercial real estate transactions and be comfortable managing multiple matters, documents, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:Support attorneys with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development mattersAssist with due diligence, including title and survey reviewPrepare, organize, and maintain transaction documents and closing filesCoordinate closings, closing checklists, and transaction deliverablesReview and organize leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and related materialsAssist with UCC, corporate, property, and other transactional searchesCommunicate with clients, title companies, lenders, opposing counsel, and other partiesTrack transaction deadlines and maintain organized electronic filesProvide general transactional support to attorneys as needed

Qualifications:3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estateExperience with real estate transactions and closingsStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple matters and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technologyAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
