• * Lead sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and joint ventures.
• * Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, development agreements, and related transactional documents.
• * Manage due diligence, title and survey review, and transaction closings.
• * Provide strategic legal counsel to clients while mentoring junior attorneys and supporting the firm's growing practice.

Qualifications:

• * Significant experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions.
• * Strong background in acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, finance, and development.
• * Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
• * Portable book of business not required.
• * Minimum 7 years of experience in CRE
