CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this full‑time, Monday–Friday role (8AM–5PM), with optional weekend work during active storm response, you'll:
- Generate new business through B2B and D2D outreach, marketing efforts, inspections, and multi‑channel networking
- Own the client relationship through consistent communication, updates, and professionalism
- Attend commercial appointments, presentations, board meetings, adjuster meetings, and inspections
- Collaborate seamlessly with our support teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Dispatch daily to your job sites from home - no centralized reporting
As our Commercial Roofing Business Development Representative, you'll focus primarily on Illinois and Iowa, with the chance to travel to other Legacy markets when needed. Travel beyond one hour outside Chicago Metro limits is reimbursed.
YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- A reliable personal vehicle
- Basic math and computer competency
- Full lifecycle B2B sales experience
- A drone license or willingness to obtain one
Preferred:
- Commercial or multi‑family roofing experience
- Experience with large‑scale flat roofing systems
