Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration. We work directly with homeowners and their insurance carriers to restore properties impacted by weather events, delivering solutions that build long-term relationships.
Were seeking a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Estimator to support our growing commercial division. This individual will be responsible for building accurate, competitive bids, managing project pipelines, and helping drive profitable growth across our markets.

Pay Range: $30 - $37.50/hour DOEJob Type: Full-Time, in-office, this is not a remote position.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years estimating experience in construction or commercial roofing
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Experience with takeoffs and cost analysis
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Estimating or project software experience preferred (RoofLink a plus)

What Youll Do
- Build accurate, competitive estimates from plans and specs
- Analyze project feasibility, scope, and costs
- Work with vendors and subs to validate pricing
- Maintain updated cost data and pricing trends
- Manage all bids and documentation in RoofLink
- Track and log all client/GC communication within 24 hours
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date bid pipeline
- Respond to bids within 4 hours and decide within 24
- Submit complete, branded proposals ahead of deadlines
- Protect margin through accurate, disciplined estimating
