Job DetailsWe are seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator who can own the full bid lifecycle — from takeoffs through proposal — while helping drive profitable project wins.This is a high-impact role where accuracy, speed, and commercial awareness matter.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects (re-roof, service, maintenance, and new construction)
• Perform material takeoffs and labor analysis across multiple roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal, etc.)
• Review plans, specs, and bid documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities
• Solicit and level subcontractor/vendor pricing
• Build competitive, accurate proposals with strong margin awareness
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams during handoff
• Maintain relationships with clients, GCs, and suppliers to support repeat business
• Track bid pipeline and hit deadlines consistently

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial roofing
• Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, BUR/Mod Bit, coatings, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools
• Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
• Commercial mindset — understands margins, risk, and bid strategy
• Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight
• Stable work history preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience working with South Florida contractors and municipalities
• Background in both service/maintenance and full re-roof projects
• Existing relationships with suppliers or GCs in the region
