Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager

Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager Compnay is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager to join our Las Vegas team. This is a mid-level position for a proven commercial roofing professional who understands the industry, can accurately estimate projects, and has the ability to successfully manage projects from initial bid through completion. The ideal candidate will have 5 7+ years of varied commercial roofing experience and a strong understanding of roofing systems, manufacturers, specifications, estimating, project management, subcontractors, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects Review plans, specifications, drawings, scopes of work, and bid requirements Perform material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor takeoffs Develop project budgets, proposals, and scopes of work Coordinate with customers, general contractors, architects, manufacturers, and vendors Manage awarded projects from contract through completion Coordinate schedules, materials, labor, subcontractors, and field crews Monitor project costs, change orders, billing, and overall profitability Conduct project meetings and maintain strong customer relationships Identify potential project risks and develop solutions before they impact schedule or budget Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress to company leadership Qualifications 5 7+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, manufacturers, and installation methods Proven experience estimating commercial roofing projects Experience managing projects from award through completion Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and architectural drawings Strong understanding of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating/project management software Ability to work effectively with customers, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $90,000 $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications Performance-based bonus/incentive compensation Experienced high performers may have total compensation opportunities of $120,000 $150,000+ Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and company holidays 401(k) or retirement benefits Company vehicle or vehicle allowance may be available Phone/laptop and other necessary business equipment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Why Join Us?
