We’re representing a well-established and growing commercial roofing contractor based in Brighton, MI that’s expanding its estimating team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help drive profitable growth, shape winning bids, and support projects ranging from small commercial scopes to complex, large-scale installations.

What You’ll Do
Review drawings, specs, and project scopes to develop accurate estimates
Perform detailed takeoffs and pricing for commercial roofing systems
Conduct site visits and roof walks when required
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Build competitive proposals with clear scope and value-engineering options
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Maintain strong supplier relationships to support competitive bidding
What You Bring
3+ years of estimating experience in commercial roofing or building envelope
Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and coatings
Proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, The EDGE, Excel, or similar estimating tools
Organized, detail-driven, and deadline-focused
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
