Location: Kalamazoo, MI (Hybrid – Office & Work From Home)Compensation: $70,000–$110,000 base + Bonus + Benefits

We represent a leading commercial roofing and building envelope contractor looking to add an Estimator in Kalamazoo. You’ll price projects from $20K reroofs to multi-million-dollar new construction and restoration jobs.

Highlights:

Base pay $70K–$110K + performance bonus
Vehicle/allowance, laptop, phone provided

Responsibilities:

Interpret plans, specs, addenda, and drawings
Perform accurate takeoffs and cost modeling
Conduct roof inspections/site verifications
Build detailed proposals with VE options
Collaborate with PMs/ops teams for smooth transition

Requirements:

3+ years of estimating in commercial roofing
Knowledge of low-slope systems and sheet metal
Proficiency in estimating tools/software
Strong communication, organization, and vendor relations
