Are you a skilled Commercial Roofing Foreman with a proven track record of leading crews and delivering high-quality roofing projects? Do you excel at managing job sites, ensuring safety standards, and driving teams to meet project deadlines?
Weather Shield Roofing Systems, a leader in the commercial roofing industry, is growing and seeking an experienced Commercial Foreman to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee projects from start to finish, coordinate with team members, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

THE ROLE:
As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you will play a key role in leading and managing roofing projects to ensure successful completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and directing crews during the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Weather Shield's standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving roofing issues while effectively communicating with team members and clients.
- Managing materials, equipment, and job site organization to keep projects on track.
- Leading by example with a positive, hardworking attitude while guiding your team to meet project deadlines.
- Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and ensuring all team members follow proper procedures.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial roofing leadership role, such as Foreman or Lead Technician.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.) and materials.
- Proven ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and manage job sites effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to challenges in the field.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Commitment to promoting a safe work environment and preventing accidents on the job.
