Description

Step into a high-accountability commercial roofing and building-envelope role with a company that builds long-term careers just north of Fort Worth, TX and delivers complex projects across a 28-state footprint. This Commercial Roofing Project Manager / Estimator position blends disciplined estimating with hands-on project leadership, so you can own opportunities from bid through closeout.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Roofing Project Manager / Estimatorposition include:

Meaningful commercial roofing experience in estimating, project management, or a blended PM/estimator role.
Own assigned commercial roofing opportunities and projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Review drawings, specifications, addenda, scopes, and contract requirements; identify gaps, exclusions, risks, and value-engineering opportunities.
Perform takeoffs, solicit and evaluate supplier/subcontractor pricing, build labor and material estimates, and prepare competitive bid submissions.
Develop project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, submittals, and handoff documentation after award.
Coordinate customers, general contractors, field leadership, crews, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout execution.
Track job cost, production, schedule, change orders, billing, collections support, and forecast-to-complete; take corrective action when performance drifts.
Drive punch-list completion, warranty documentation, final billing, and project closeout.

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Exceptional experience can be considered for higher.
