Job Description

Commercial Roofing Project Manager

A well-established commercial roofing contractor in the Baltimore-Washington area is hiring a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead new roofing and re-roofing projects across the region! Commercial Roofing Project Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage commercial new roofing and re-roofing projects from award through closeout

- Build and track project schedules, budgets and cost reports

- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, material orders and deliveries

- Review submittals, RFIs and change orders

- Serve as the main point of contact for owners, GCs and building managers

- Visit jobsites as needed to check progress, quality and safety

- Handle project documentation, warranties and final closeout

Commercial Roofing Project Manager Qualifications:

- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing

- Experience with TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen and metal roof systems

- Strong scheduling, budgeting and communication skills

- Able to manage multiple projects at once

- Comfortable working in office with travel to projects when needed

Commercial Roofing Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

- $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
