Commercial Roofing Project ManagerLocation: Fort Smith, Arkansas
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager with a strong background in low slope roofing systems. This individual will oversee projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality execution, safety, and profitability while leading field crews and coordinating with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities• Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, with a focus on low slope systems• Review plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate execution• Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation• Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and resolving issues as needed• Monitor job costs and production to ensure projects remain on budget and profitable
Qualifications• Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects, specifically low slope systems• Strong knowledge of all major low slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR)• Demonstrated experience leading crews and driving production in the field• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents• Experience handling submittals, project documentation, and job tracking• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
