Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Location: Cartersville, GASchedule: Full-Time | In Person

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and execute commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

You’ll play a critical role in coordinating field operations, managing teams, and ensuring every project meets safety, quality, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee commercial roofing projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Lead and supervise crews, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor job costs and ensure projects stay within budget
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
  • Enforce OSHA and safety compliance across all job sites
  • Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
  • Identify risks and proactively solve project challenges
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships and expectations
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites
  • Comfortable working at heights and on ladders

Work Environment

  • Combination of office and field-based work
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions
  • Occasional overtime or weekend work based on project demands
