Compensation:• $80,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience)• Relocation Assistance Available

Position Overview
A growing commercial roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously.• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.• Monitor project costs, change orders, and overall profitability.• Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.• Maintain project documentation, reports, RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation practices.• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Procore or MS Project.• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
