Based in Round Rock, the company delivers high quality roofing solutions for major facilities while combining a strong local legacy with the resources and support of Tecta’s national network.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to run work, not just manage paperwork. We win the work. You take it from pre-construction and execute it in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role once projects are active. You’ll manage multiple commercial roofing projects at once, with a focus on execution. Most heavy pre-con paperwork is handled before handoff. Your job is to run the work.

What Makes It Challenging:
- Multiple active projects
- Tight schedules

- We don’t micromanage — but we do expect performance.
What Winning Looks Like:
- After 12 months:

- Clean job files
- No surprises at closeout
- Strong alignment with superintendents
- GCs confident when Texas Roofing is on-site
Who This Is For:
- Relationship builders who can manage field personalities
- Hard-nosed about protecting margin
- Organized and steady under pressure
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities

Qualifications:
- 2+ years construction project management experience preferred
- Commercial roofing experience is a plus, not required
