Job Description

Four Seasons Kanga Roof in Roseville, MI is hiring a full‑time Commercial Roofing Project Supervisor-Monday through Friday, between 7 AM and 4 PM. We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $100,000 per year and a robust benefits package that includes:

HOW YOU LEAD OUR TEAM TOWARD SUCCESS

As our Commercial Roofing Project Supervisor, you become the go‑to person who keeps the whole operation running smoothly. You'll kick things off by coordinating Hand‑Off meetings with sales and estimators so the project starts with clarity. From there, you help steer decisions that protect the budget and keep the work moving in the right direction. Customers and general contractors hear from you regularly, making sure they always know what's happening next. RFIs are sent out and followed up on in a timely way, and change orders or invoices get processed with accuracy and confidence. When it's time to wrap things up, you bring everyone together for a solid Close‑Out meeting that ties the project up neatly.
