Job DetailsWe are looking for a top-tier commercial roofing salesperson who knows how to generate revenue and close deals.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and grow a national book of commercial roofing business
• Sell re-roof, service, and maintenance contracts
• Develop relationships with owners, developers, property managers, and GCs
• Drive both new business and repeat client revenue
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience
• Proven track record of $3M–$10M+ annual production
• Strong existing network in commercial real estate / construction
• Experience with systems like TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, etc.
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Willingness to travel as needed for national accounts

Compensation:

• Base salary / draw: $100K–$150K+
• Aggressive commission structure tied to performance
• $300K+ earning potential for true producers
