Position: Commercial Roofing Sales RepresentativeLocation: Atlanta, GA

Compensation:

$65,000 – $90,000 base + Commission+

Bonus Incentives (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join a growing team in the Atlanta market. This role is ideal for a motivated “hunter” who thrives on generating new business, building relationships, and closing high-value deals.

Candidates from related commercial trades (HVAC, MEP, flooring, fire protection, etc.) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, site visits, and relationship building• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers• Perform roof inspections and identify client needs• Create and present proposals, bids, and contracts• Collaborate with estimating, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution• Stay informed on market trends, materials, and competitors• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals• Track all activity and pipeline using CRM software

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial construction sales, facilities services, or related industries• Strong network within the Atlanta market is highly preferred• Understanding of commercial building systems and/or roofing is a plus• Proficient with CRM tools and pipeline management• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to clients• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally• Comfortable working at heights when needed for site inspections

Preferred:

• Experience in commercial roofing or building envelope systems• Knowledge of local building codes and Atlanta market dynamics• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
