Commercial Roofing Senior Project Manager

One of the most reputable Roofing Contractors in the area is looking for a successful Commercial Roofing Senior Project Manager with a strong background. Their award winning, and highly skilled leadership team takes pride in their employees. Treating everyone like family and they put in the effort to train them properly.

Commercial Roofing Senior Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed.
Client follow-up and retention.

Commercial Roofing Senior Project Manager Other Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent Commercial projects (ideally more than $1M).
Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout.
Excellent time management skills.
Extensive experience in cost controls.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
