Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Full-Time | $26.00–$29.00 Per Hour (Based on Experience)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join a growing commercial roofing organization serving the San Antonio market. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a roofing professional who enjoys diagnosing roofing issues, leading field crews, delivering exceptional customer service, and performing high-quality repairs across a variety of commercial roofing systems.
The Service Foreman will be responsible for inspecting roofs, investigating leaks, providing repair recommendations, and leading small service crews while maintaining the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine roof inspections and maintain manufacturer warranty requirements
- Diagnose roof leaks and perform commercial roofing repairs
- Lead, train, and mentor assigned helpers and service technicians
- Complete repairs and small construction projects on a variety of commercial roofing systems
- Accurately track labor, materials, and job progress
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and service
- Identify and resolve technical roofing application issues in the field
- Complete daily reports and required documentation using company software
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Travel locally to customer sites as needed
Qualifications
- Commercial roofing experience required
- Strong knowledge of low-slope roofing systems including:
- TPO
- EPDM
- PVC
- Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
- Modified Bitumen
- Roof Coatings
- Previous experience leading and training crew members
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve roofing-related field issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record
- Ability to travel locally throughout the service area
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial roofing supervisory or foreman experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
