THE ROLE:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial roofing systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards.
• Troubleshoot and solve roofing issues while communicating effectively with customers.
• Maintain a positive, hardworking attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Committed to safety, including adherence to Weather Shield's policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial roofing repair or service work.
• Strong understanding of different roofing systems and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Dedication to safety and preventing accidents on the job.
