Galloway Roofing, a leading brand under Allstar Services, is looking for a Commercial Site Superintendent to take ownership of roofing projects across the Englewood–Tampa corridor.

This is a hands-on leadership role-you'll be the person ensuring projects stay on track, crews perform at a high level, and customers are confident every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Oversee commercial roofing job sites from start to completion

• Manage and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials

• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards

• Conduct job site inspections and proactively resolve issues

• Maintain safety compliance (OSHA standards) across all sites

• Communicate with customers, project managers, and internal teams

• Travel between Englewood and Tampa job sites as needed

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction supervision

• Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple job sites

• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and install processes

• Ability to problem-solve quickly in the field

• Comfortable with travel between job locations

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
