Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Memphis, TN - Must be local or willing to relocate to Memphis

Compensation:• $75,000 - $85,000 Base Salary• Relocation Assistance Available

Position Overview

A growing commercial roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee new construction and reroofing projects throughout the Memphis market. This individual will lead field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule, and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for commercial roofing projects.• Lead and mentor Foremen, field crews, and subcontractors.• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and safety audits.• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and project schedules.• Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications.• Communicate project updates with customers, Project Managers, and leadership.• Complete daily reports, jobsite documentation, and project closeout requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience with leadership or Superintendent experience preferred.• Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Metal Roofing systems.• Ability to read plans, specifications, and project documents.• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred

• OSHA 30 Certification• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
