Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and Lead Teams:
- Oversee foremen and field crews to ensure safe and efficient roof system installations.
- Conduct safety audits, provide training, and address performance or disciplinary issues.
- Perform performance reviews and recommend promotions or raises.
Ensure Project Success:
- Monitor quality, production, and resource use to meet contract goals.
- Track labor, schedule materials, and coordinate subcontractors.
- Conduct pre-job planning, safety plans, and work efficiencies.
Customer Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with customers to address questions and concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering warranties.
Manage Field-to-Office Communication:
- Submit reports, coordinate job details, and review final paperwork.
- Investigate incidents and ensure documentation is timely and accurate.
Exemplify Leadership:
- Participate in project reviews, support teamwork, and demonstrate a commitment to professional development.

Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of roof system installations, safety standards, and quality control.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and calculate budgets.
- Proficiency with technology for scheduling and reporting.
Leadership and Management:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead teams.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Skilled in scheduling, coordinating resources, and meeting production goals.
Customer Service:
- Capable
- Bilingual fluency, CDL, and specialized certifications (e.g., OSHA, forklift, rigging).
- Experience with safety protocols and manufacturer-specific roof systems.
