Weather Shield Roofing Systems, a trusted leader in the commercial roofing industry, is growing and looking for a skilled Service Roofing Technician to join our dedicated team. If you have a strong background in commercial roofing systems and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
THE ROLE:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial roofing systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards.
- Troubleshoot and solve roofing issues while communicating effectively with customers.
- Maintain a positive, hardworking attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Committed to safety, including adherence to Weather Shield's policies and procedures.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial roofing repair or service work.
- Strong understanding of different roofing systems and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dedication to safety and preventing accidents on the job.
