Lead a Sales Team for a Globally Recognized CompanyOur client offers the most comprehensive portfolio of clean air solutions in the globe. From HVAC filters to advanced pollution control systems, our client operates in 22 countries and has been actively growing through performance and strategic acquisitions.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the industrial industries.Manage and oversee the performance of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing sales culture.Oversee Northeast P & L.
