Job Details / Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projectsManage subcontractors, crews, materials, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standardsCoordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain clear communicationEnforce safety protocols, quality control, and compliance with building codes and regulationsConduct regular site inspections, progress tracking, and reporting to stakeholdersHandle change orders, problem-solving, and resource allocation to keep projects on trackFoster a positive, productive site environment while delivering precise, high-craftsmanship results

Qualifications:

5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in commercial constructionProven experience with metal building construction and/or mini storage/self-storage facility projects preferredStrong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor managementAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contractsValid driver's license and reliable transportation for site workCommitment to safety, quality, and on-time project delivery
