About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Commercial Truck Rental Sales Representative to drive business growth in our Western Washington territory. In this role, you manage a territory of B2B accounts, helping businesses with their transportation strategy and providing the equipment they need to stay operational.

You will manage the full sales cycle to negotiating long-term contracts and providing post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Consultative Selling: Analyze customer transportation needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize their fleet operations.
  • Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and maximize revenue.
  • Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare accurate estimates while managing a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Market Insight: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to effectively position our rental products.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of B2B experience; prior experience in transportation, leasing, or heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using a CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing in and out of large trucks and working in various weather conditions.
