Job Details

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred
• 7+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment, with a strong focus on servicing middle-market commercial clients
• 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in Property & Casualty insurance products and coverages
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Deep understanding of how insurance products are structured, utilized, and administered, along with extensive knowledge of carrier markets and marketing strategies
• Proficiency with agency management systems, including Sagitta and ImageRight
