Communications And Change Management Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Communications and Change Management Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity with a Major Financial Services Firm located in McLean, VA.

This role will support enterprise and divisional initiatives by translating complex technology and business topics into clear, concise communications and practical change enablement content for employees and leaders. The specialist will support change and adoption efforts through messaging and enablement materials in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for enterprise and divisional initiatives through clear, accurate communications and practical change enablement content
• Translate complex technology and business topics into concise, usable content for employees and leaders
• Support change and adoption efforts through messaging and enablement content
• Independently research, evaluate, and summarize complex information with accuracy
• Perform effectively in a fast-moving, high-visibility, high-expectations environment

Requirements:

• Provable successful experience in internal or external communication
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience drafting and developing business communications, creating and updating job aids, and supporting ongoing content updates
• Change management experience and strong operational coordination/logistics skills
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPoint with intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills
• Basic video editing capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay range: $38.53 - $42.63 per hour
