Join Our Team as a Communications Coordinator Think Tell Junction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of communication strategies to effectively convey our organization's messages to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns to support organizational goals.
Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across various platforms including press releases, newsletters, social media, and the company website.
Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging and promote employee engagement.
Manage media relations by preparing press materials, responding to inquiries, and fostering relationships with journalists and influencers.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
