The role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Marketing and Consumer Insights, to implement integrated measurement systems and drive evidence-based decisions. Ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers skilled in translating complex data into clear insights, enhancing the impact of communications on our brand.Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist the Measurement Lead in tracking and analyzing the performance of communication campaigns.
- Turn detailed communications data into digestible, actionable insights to influence business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Marketing and Finance to fortify integrated communication measurement strategies.
- Develop and maintain efficient dashboards and reporting systems to improve business processes.
- Regularly generate and provide insightful reports, tracking and summarizing communications initiatives.
- Proficiency in communication data analysis and insight generation.
- Strong experience in media monitoring and social listening tools.
- Exceptional collaboration and project management abilities.
- Candidates must have 5-6 years of experience specifically in communications, focusing on measurement and analytics within the tech or hospitality industry
