Annual Salary - $49,586 - $53,215What You’ll DoAs a PRN Communications Officer I, you help ensure every Dispatch call for Emergency and non-emergency needs is answered quickly, accurately, and professionally. This entry-level role exists to connect residents with the right help—especially during Medical incidents—by coordinating information and resources in real time.Key responsibilities include:- Receive, question, and process incoming calls; determine priority and route appropriately- Dispatch fire, medical, and other agency resources; serve as a clear liaison between callers and responders- Use computers and communications equipment to enter data, document activity, and maintain required records
