JOB TITLE: Communications Representative - REMOTE LOCATION: REMOTE, FL PAY RATE: $60.00/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier aerospace and defense company.

Qualifying Questions:

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

Summary:

Create clear and engaging communications to support user adoption of the 1LMX platform
Develop presentations, intranet articles, speeches, websites, and multimedia content
Translate technical information into simple, user-friendly messaging
Partner with engineering, program management, and leadership teams
Support stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives
Help improve overall communication and user experience across the platform

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under ITAR regulations)
Minimum 4–5 years of related experience
Strong skills in:
- Project Management
- Communications
- Relationship Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional and leadership teams
