Robert Half, one of FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For is hiring a Communications Research and Data Manager to join the Corporate Communications department. 

Research and Data Manager to support custom, quantitative research for marketing and communications initiatives. Will work across all stages of the research process—from initial stakeholder consultation and research design to data monitoring, analysis and presentation delivery. Projects may run concurrently and workloads may fluctuate depending on priorities and timelines.

What You'll Do

Communications Strategy

  • Manage annual research calendar and roadmap to support data-driven content programs.

  • Contribute to workplace survey program, to ensure high-quality results to support various content needs for Robert Half.

  • Support media monitoring efforts to track the success of our research program.

  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue enablement teams to align research and data insights with business goals.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to inform business strategies.

  • Monitor and identify global trends and topics for new content and PR programs, including tracking and summarizing international competitive intel.

Publications/Production

  • Lead data management for major thought leadership programs in coordination with Content and Data Science teams.

  • Conduct data analyses, including collaborating with content leads and ensuring accurate, impactful data representation throughout key content development stages.

  • Make recommendations for how data can be presented in marketing and communications assets and work with content and creative teams to ensure accurate and compelling data visualizations.

Research

  • Design and manage quantitative research studies, including survey development; sampling quotas; and data monitoring, cleaning and analysis to ensure quality and actionable insights.

  • Prepare detailed insights-driven reports, dashboards and presentations summarizing key findings for internal stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with the Data Science team to mine and analyze internal data for external use/content.

  • Assist with ad hoc research requests for Marketing and Communications teams.

What You'll Need

  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous work/professional experience:

    • 4+ years’ experience in research methodologies, data collection techniques and statistical analysis.

    • Strong ability to pull out key insights from surveys and build compelling presentations.

    • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance metrics.

    • Ability to work on thought leadership topics such as economic outlook, industry trends, future of work, etc.

    • Experience tracking brand activity on media monitoring and/or social listening platforms.

    • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.

    • Ability to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with PSQL for data analysis.

  • Experience conducting qualitative research is a plus.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

$77,000.00 - $114,000.00
