Job Description

Job Title: Communications Specialist 5 Location:  Remote ( PST Preferred ) Salary Range:  $65/hr to $67/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager, Executive & Developer Social to support how executives and developers show up on social media. This role is responsible for helping leaders engage with the community and the broader industry in ways that feel authentic, thoughtful, and community oriented.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in social media management, specifically for highvisibility individuals or teams.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with gaming and developer ecosystems.
  • Exceptional knowledge of social platforms, including X, LinkedIn, Instagram.
  • Experience with Sprinklr and/or native platform analytics.
  • Previous experience managing social media for video game publishers.
  • Previous knowledge or experience with Minecraft.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support executives and developers in maintaining an active, authentic social media presence.
  • Partner with leaders to draft, edit, and refine social posts in their voice.
  • Develop content ideas that highlight developer insights and leadership perspectives.
  • Coordinate posting cadence and platform approach for individual accounts.
  • Monitor engagement and surface meaningful community conversations and feedback.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure social activity aligns with major franchise moments.
  • Help leaders navigate community interaction thoughtfully.
