Short Description: The Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of communication and training plans. Complete Description:- - Essential Duties/Responsibilities- Create and edit training guides from content provided by subject matter experts.- Write, edit, and disseminate communications to end users and stakeholders.- Assist in developing training and training material for systems of record.- Facilitate webinars by monitoring chat, sharing document links, and troubleshooting access issues.- Assist adult learners in physical classroom trainings.- Assist with equipment set up and testing activities for classroom trainings.- Assist with administrative tasks associated with training registration.- Monitor group mailboxes and respond to stakeholder questions. Work with subject matter experts and engage in independent research to develop subject matter knowledge relevant to assigned projects and curricula Requirements- Excellent attention to detail- Excellent grammar and writing skills, including the ability to convey written, technical information in a clear, concise manner.- Professional demeanor- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft365 suite and Jira.- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.- Ability to learn new information quickly and independently.- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing requirements, and work under pressure.
