Job Description
Role: Communications Specialist - People & CultureKey Responsibilities and Duties:
- Draft effective and engaging employee communications for HUB articles, staff emails, and intranet content.
- Support People & Culture departmental and divisional communication efforts.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, accessible content for employees.
- Assist in updating and maintaining HUB pages to improve navigation, accessibility, and content freshness.
- Create or update visuals, layouts, and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Canva to support clear communication and match client's brand.
- Be comfortable working with intranet tools, content management systems, and basic graphic design software.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and plain language.
- Ability to create or update visuals, layouts, and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Canva.
- Comfortable working with intranet tools/content management systems to post and update content.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and accessibility best practices.
- Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams).
