We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Community Association Paralegal to join our vibrant legal team. This unique hybrid role will provide you with the opportunity to leverage your legal expertise in a variety of areas, including legal document preparation, register agent services, rewrites management, and utilization of the automated title information data system (ATIDS). The successful candidate will be tasked with handling recall, special assessment mortgage, maintaining the Marketable Title Act, and overseeing Homeowners Association and Property Owner Association matters. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide paralegal support on a wide range of issues relating to Homeowners Associations (HOA) and Property Owners Associations (POA).
- Manage rewrites and amendments of condominium documents, ensuring they are legally sound and comply with all relevant regulations.
- Utilize the Automated Title Information Data System (ATIDS) to manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Handle recall and special assessment mortgage matters, providing expert advice and support to clients and attorneys.
- Maintain the Marketable Title Act, ensuring that all property titles are legally sound and marketable.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare legal documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Liaise with clients, providing them with updates and information about their cases.
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and meetings.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably within the legal industry.
- Experience in managing rewrites and utilizing Automated Title Information Data System (ATIDS).
- Proven track record of handling recall and special assessment mortgage matters.
- Extensive knowledge of the Marketable Title Act and experience in maintaining it.
- Expertise in dealing with Homeowners Association (HOA) and Property Owner Association (POA) matters.
- Familiarity with Summation or similar legal software is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field is required. A paralegal certificate is highly desirable.
