About Arcadian Bank

The Opportunity
We are opening a new branch in Austin, Minnesota, and are seeking 2–3 founding team members. This role offers varietyacross teller services, deposit accounts, and lending. Prior banking experience is not required; curiosity, initiative, and a passion for customer service matter most.
Expected opening date for the Austin branch is Q1 2027. Training will be conducted at our Albert Lea location so that we are ready to provide an impeccable experience from day one.
Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary and full benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, 401k, and PTO. Wages for this position range from $21-$40 per hour. Where you would fall in that range will be based on your proven ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers
- Process teller transactions accurately
- Open and service deposit accounts
- Assist with lending activities
- Represent the bank at community events
- Support daily branch operations
What You Need to be Successful
To thrive in this role, candidates must possess a blend of essential skills and qualities. Strong communication skills are crucial, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike. A genuine enjoyment of working with customers is vital, as this role centers around building lasting relationships.
Proficiency with technology, coupled with a desire to learn and grow, will ensure you navigate banking tools efficiently. Excellent judgment and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining accuracy in transactions and safeguarding customer information. Additionally, the ability to maintain confidentiality is paramount in upholding the trust that our customers place in us.
