Property Management Experience Required

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead The Stratton, a 336-unit apartment community in Louisville, Kentucky. If you're a motivated leader who thrives on driving occupancy, managing operations, and building high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, collections, and property operations
Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of a 336-home apartment community
Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members
Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
Manage budgets, collections, and overall property performance
Ensure community appearance and curb appeal standards are maintained
Deliver exceptional resident experiences and resolve concerns professionally
Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations
