Are you an experienced property management professional ready to lead two established apartment communities? We're seeking a motivated Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee operations at Rosemont and Miller Crest in Johnson City, TN.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations for two apartment communities
- Drive occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance
- Manage budgets, collections, and property reporting
- Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain curb appeal standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Coordinate vendor relationships and capital improvement projects
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Previous Community Manager experience preferred
- Experience managing budgets, collections, and occupancy goals
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Entrata experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across two communities
