We are seeking a top-notch and experienced Community Manager to assist with the oversight and daily operations of our Apartment Community located in Cabot, AR. Responsibilities:

Fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property.
Responsible for all operating aspects of the apartment community, general administration, and maintenance of the physical site.
Ensure quick apartment unit turnaround and compliance with government regulations.
Manage rental collections and maintain high occupancy rates.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience managing a large apartment complex.
Experience and understanding of Tax Credit Compliance required.
Experience with property management software, Onesite experience a plus.
Outgoing, organized, and effective communicator.
Proficient in all standard office administration, equipment use, and MS Office software.
