Community Coordinator Track
Ideal for individuals who enjoy coaching and representing our organization throughout the community.
In addition to coaching classes, Community Coordinators help grow our programs by attending community events, building relationships with schools and families, and supporting local marketing initiatives.
- $18–$25/hour (based on experience)

Requirements
Requirements
We're looking for people who are energetic, dependable, and passionate about making a positive impact on children.
Our ideal candidate:
- Enjoys working with young children and helping them build confidence through sports and movement
- Is positive, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with parents, teachers, and community members
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Takes initiative and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team
- Has strong communication and organizational skills
- Is comfortable leading small groups of children in a fun, safe, and engaging environment
- Has reliable transportation
- Can pass a state-required criminal background check
- Is available Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend availability for community events
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience working with children through coaching, teaching, childcare, camps, recreation, or similar roles
- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or community outreach
