Community Outreach Specialist (Make a Real Impact)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Are you passionate about helping older adults live safely and independently? Do you love building relationships and being out in the community?

We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Outreach Professional to grow our presence and connect seniors and families to life-changing care.

What You’ll Do:

Build relationships with healthcare providers, senior communities, and local organizations
Educate families on care options and guide them through the enrollment process
Represent our organization at community events and networking opportunities
Generate and manage referral leads to support program growth
Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding experience

What You Bring:

Experience in outreach, healthcare, sales, or community engagement
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for working with seniors or underserved populations
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation for local travel
