Job DetailsThis role is responsible for building and managing external partnerships that advance community initiatives and organizational goals. You will serve as a key connector across nonprofit, business, and public sectors while driving outreach programs and events.Location: Cincinnati, OH or Dayton, OHPartnership Strategy & Outreach Execution· Identify and develop partnerships across nonprofit, corporate, and government sectors· Represent organization at community events, forums, and networking functions· Lead outreach initiatives, workshops, and engagement campaigns· Coordinate partner meetings and collaborative initiatives· Advocate for community needs while promoting organizational prioritiesProgram Coordination & Stakeholder Management· Manage multiple projects, events, and timelines simultaneously· Track engagement metrics and partnership performance· Maintain stakeholder relationships and ongoing communication· Utilize CRM and tracking tools to manage outreach activity· Support reporting on program effectiveness and impactInterested in hearing more?
