As a Community Relations Representative, you are the face, voice, and energy of the property. You guide prospects to become residents, turn residents into advocates, and help create a community people are proud to call home.

High occupancy and strong leasing performance driven by your ability to connect, tour, and close
Renewal rates that outperform expectations because residents trust you and feel valued
Delinquency kept under control through proactive, consistent communication
A vibrant, engaged community where residents participate, connect, and stay longer
A reputation as the “go-to” person—someone residents enjoy working with and teammates rely on
How You'll Achieve It
1. Build Relationships That Drive Retention
Lead renewal conversations that feel personal—not transactional
Establish trust and rapport so residents choose to stay
Serve as the approachable, solution-oriented “Good Cop” residents rely on
2. Turn Leads Into Leases
Manage all inbound leads (Elise AI, phone, email, walk-ins) with speed and intention
Deliver engaging, personalized tours that highlight value—not just features
Follow up consistently and close with confidence
3. Create an Engaged Community
Plan and execute events, newsletters, and social engagement
Foster a sense of belonging that keeps residents connected
Be proactive in communication—residents should always feel informed
4. Own Communication & Collections
Drive rent collection through consistent outreach (calls, texts, emails, in-person)
Communicate clearly and empathetically with delinquent residents
Partner with leadership on escalations and solutions
5. Think Like an Operator
Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Bring insights to leadership that influence strategy
Collaborate in monthly meetings to set goals and improve performance

Disclaimer & Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred at properties where applicable.
Ability to regularly walk the property, inspect conditions, and engage with residents in person.
Commitment to fair housing compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational excellence.
Previous property management experience preferred, but not required. We value leadership potential, accountability, and the drive to learn and grow.
