Essential Job Functions
- Drive membership growth by achieving and exceeding a target of 10+ new members monthly
- Build and manage strategic relationships with health plans, brokers, senior communities, and local partners
- Execute daily outreach and networking efforts to generate referrals and enhance brand visibility
- Plan and deliver presentations, events, and community engagement initiatives
- Maintain a strong and consistent market presence to drive awareness and trust
- Own performance tracking and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on outreach activity and results
- Partner cross-functionally to support growth and retention strategies
Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent with strong presentation ability
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Experience in Medicare Advantage, healthcare outreach, or senior-focused services
- Proven success in relationship building, networking, and community engagement
- Strong organizational, tracking, and reporting discipline
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work in a high-travel, field-based environment (up to 90%)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Experience in healthcare or market growth roles
- Established relationships with brokers, health plans, or community partners
- Experience with CRM or reporting tools
- Understanding of membership growth and retention strategies
Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Travel locally up to 90% of the time (driving is a big part of this role)
- Stand and walk for long periods during events and community visits
- Lift and carry up to 25 lbs (event supplies and materials)
- Set up and take down tables, banners, and event materials
- Work in different locations throughout the community (field-based role)
- Sit for periods of time while driving or completing reports
- Use a computer, phone, and tablet for reporting and presentations
- Speak clearly and confidently when presenting to groups
