About the Role A premier residential community is seeking a Community Standards Advocate to help maintain quality, consistency, and compliance across the neighborhood. This role blends fieldwork with communication and is ideal for someone who is approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating a variety of situations.

You’ll serve as a resource for homeowners and contractors while helping ensure community standards are upheld.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with community and design standards*
• Document findings with photos and detailed notes*
• Communicate with homeowners and contractors to explain requirements and resolve issues*
• Investigate and follow up on community concerns or complaints*
• Track and manage compliance activity in internal systems*
• Perform inspections at various stages of construction and landscaping*
• Coordinate priorities and inspections with department leadership*
• Prepare reports summarizing compliance activity*
• Maintain organized construction and compliance files

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
