onsemi is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation team. This role will support compensation reporting, data management, audits, system administration, recurring compensation processes, and process improvement.

The Compensation Analyst will primarily support compensation activities across the Americas, with opportunities to assist with global programs and projects. The role requires strong Excel skills, clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and a high level of accountability.

The successful candidate will take ownership of assigned work from beginning to end, consistently meet deadlines, identify and resolve issues, and communicate clearly when questions or risks arise. All significant deliverables will follow the team's established two-party review process.
